Upon receipt, we will carefully review your order to ensure accuracy. If there are problems or questions with your order, incomplete information, an art recommendation, etc..., we will contact you by email. We will not be able to continue production until you respond. Please do so promptly, since this could cause a delay in your order. Thank you!
After artwork is approved we start production immediately, therefore, once artwork has been approved CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED due to the speed with which work begins. Yes, it's that fast! ALL WORK IS DONE ONSITE! Once placed, an order is final. You can expect to receive your order no later than TEN BUSINESS DAYS from the day we receive your order.
Production / shipping may be slowed during peak periods - if this should happen you will be notified immediately. Also, we are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods
Any changes may be subject to additional charges. Cancellation may be subject to certain restocking charges. Regular and rush delivery is available.
